It is the bridge the best ever exercise I have done to reduce the pain in my lower back. I even have started to run again like I use to do 3 years ago and surely it's thanks to the bridge. Now I can see the technique to do it and I hope it will be even better.
Don't you have any other technique like this to avoid hurting the knees? I love running and even though I do it on grass, time-to-time acute pains set me limp. Ok Jeff, thanks for one of the greatest tip I ever heard. I know I have serious disk problems following EMR tests but this has really helped. A lot of drugs have been avoided and this is good.
