"I have been working out with Jeff Wooten for about 2 years now and I would have to say that I’m in the best shape of my life since high school. I know that might sound cliché for a 43 year old, but it is true! I have been a very active adult. Since my early 20’s, I’ve always participated in exercise classes and fitness programs; in addition, I’ve always maintained healthy eating habits.
I always thought I was in decent shape but after working out with Jeff, I can now see drastic changes in my body shape that I know I can maintain for years to come.
I started to go to Jeff’s Dynamic Power Training classes in 2005 and met some of his other clients. I’ve also seen a drastic fitness improvement in these people as well. Most of them are women ranging in ages from mid 30’s to mid 50’s. All of our strength and flexibility has improved dramatically. What attributes to that success is a combination of Jeff’s motivational style and the exercises themselves. First off, Jeff really enjoys what he does so his motivation for our continued fitness improvements is evident. People naturally respond to positive encouragement and this is what I get and his other clients get both in the classes and in the personal training sessions. Secondly, the exercises themselves are very challenging but they can be accomplished by anyone. I was a beginner with them once and I improved gradually and I still today improve doing some of the same movements.
I would encourage anyone to at least try his workout programs. I think once you try you will be hooked because of both the improvements you see and the fact that it just plain fun!"
