"Even though I play tennis about 5-6 times / week, I know I need to cross train in order to be as healthy as possible and to perform better on the courts. DPT is the perfect addition to my exercise routine.
Not only am I slimming down (lost a couple of pounds this month alone) but I'm stronger and much more flexible. This has translated into much better performance on the courts. In fact yesterday I played in a tennis tournament which included 4.5 hours of playing time on the courts THEN went to the DPT class at 5 pm. Only a couple of months ago, I couldn't do a class and play a match in the same day. Now, I'm much more fit and feel absolutely great.
Every time that I leave a DPT class, I feel great. Not only because I accomplished something but because my body feels flexible and strong. Since re-committing to attend twice per week, I am moving beyond and repairing my old injuries of tennis elbow, achilles issues, and a very old rotator cuff problem. Everyone in the class is always so encouraging. DPT has been the best thing that I've done to improve my tennis all year! Thanks, Jeff for all of the encouragement and interesting and fun classes."
