"Jeff, It's a pleasure to give my feed back. I am still only at stage 1. But I am getting up at 6:10 am every morning and practicing 2 exercises taught in the Dynamic Power Breathing e-book. First one is to stand in front of a mirror, exhale, bend in the waist, put hands on the thies and pull your stomach in as much
as you can. Initially I could barely do it up to 10 seconds but now I am close to 20. Second one I do is to lie on my back, put a book on my stomach and push my stomach up while inhaling and let the stomach come down while exhaling. In addition to these 2 I am also doing a few other exercises from yoga. I can explain those to you if you would like to know.
The benifits I could see from them are exciting. For the first time in last several years (or may be for the first time in my life) I could run for 15 minutes at a streatch - this might sound too little but for a person of my build - I am only 5'3" tall and weighed 190 pounds till 5 weeks back. I could never run for more than 5 minutes without running out of brerath. But this time I did not run out of breath, I had a confidence that I could have run for another few minutes but I didn't want to take any chances of injury and hence I stopped at 15 minutes. But I would never have been in a condition to run this much if it hadn't been for this e-book. It gave me the much needed boost or a shot in the arm that made me believe I can do it. And now I plan to push myself beyond the limit each time. I am also able to see that those breathing exercises are helping me in my regular cardiovascular exercises and other routines at the gym - I am able to reap more benifits out of my work outs because of it.
