If you have tight, achy muscles & joints from sitting all day, or old injuries that keep you stiff & in pain, then...this class is for you! Get ready to sweat! Low impact, yet high intensity. This 75 min class is a hybrid of power yoga, functional fitness & martial arts. You will use your own body weight so your risk of injury is absolutely minimal.


Power Flow Yoga is a 90 min energetic and challenging practice that smoothly flows through poses with breath awareness and meditative focus. Classes include a creative combination of sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, seated forward bends, twists, arm balances, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded and energizing practice. All levels welcome.


Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with mostly seated postures that are held for 45 seconds – 4 minutes.Yin yoga poses work with the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. All levels welcome.
